Opciones de servicio: Para llevar Since 1979, founder Gerardo Gómez belonged to the family business, our sister company, known as the "Tostadas Norteñas", from which he got separated 18 years later, with the goal of creating a more innovative product in mind. Thus, in 1997, Mr. Gómez started the company "Mi Sol Norteño" together with his wife, Mrs. Oropeza, performing together the production and distribution of our so known dried tostadas. In Mexico, while in the past the red tostada was the most known in the market, in "Mi Sol Norteño" we sought to conquer the market by promoting a healthier product, thus being one of the pioneers in the production of dried tostadas. Nowadays, thanks to perseverance, knowledge and an excellent quality, we are proud to have successfully continue using the original formula for almost 20 years, thanks to our customers preferences.
One of our main purposes is to maintain the traditional flavor, while still preserving an ideal product for a healthy nutrition.
We seek to continue growing as a company, with the highest quality and nutrition care in tostadas manufacturing, in order to offer our product to more people.
